Wendell was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He made my purchase of land uncomplicated and seamless. I highly recommend his services. Settlement was handled in a professional environment at the Iron Valley office in Linglestown PA and the Iron Valley team took the time to go over each document to ensure that I understood the content before signing. Outstanding performance by all involved.

Wendell knows his stuff, and helped us with all the decisions we needed to make from initial price to when to drop a bit. He was a huge help during the negotiation phase and talked me through some stress.Through the crazy COVID situation Wendell was there to help and got results we’re all happy with.

Wendell was very easy to work with. He was efficient and productive in that he saw the house one day, gave an appraisal value and sold the house in a day. He promptly returned all phone calls, scheduled appointments or inspections, took care of tours, and answered questions. When it came to prospective buyers. we discussed each offer and he was able to identify any pros and cons in each situation. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying and /or selling!!

We have bought and sold 3 houses during the last 20 years. Wendell sold our last house in just 3 days. Now we bought our 4th house and Wendell helped us again in finding a home we really liked. Wendell is so much more than only the best agent I have ever worked with. He is a consultant and a problem solver. From past experience, I'm so accustomed to having to constantly having to check on every step of a process (to identify what balls are invariably being dropped) that it was wonderfully strange and liberating to be in such good hands, realizing everything was handled before I even asked. Wendell is a gem.
