I worked with Jennifer Kuntz and Megan Lynerd to purchase a property in mechanicsburg. This was an efficient and smooth process. Their knowledge of the local markets and rental comps assisted greatly in getting a great purchase price. The most helpful part of the process was their industry relationships. They were very pleasant, professional to work with, knowledgeable of local market conditions, suggested appropriate price for listing and suggested changes in the property, so house shows well. My house was sold in first week of listing. I give credit to both ladies for doing a fantastic job. I recommend them highly if you want your property to be sold quickly and at best price.
