Stephanie was extremely efficient when it came to selling my Uncle's house. With her knowledge of the market and housing prices, she suggested a price that was competitive which then brought us an offer over the asking price. She was there for me every through the whole process and when the rest of The Christina Team was brought in, they too were helpful and patient with me. I was completely overwhelmed and The Christina Bailey Group put my mind at ease. The whole process was handled in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated.

I specifically worked with Rebecca Bowman mainly and she was great, not only responsive but had answers to all my questions and gave great advice! The home that I purchased was my first one so I had plenty of questions and was unaware of a lot of major things that she made sure to explain as simply as I needed to be able to understand. Everyone else on Christina’s team was great as well making sure that I stayed on top of paperwork and getting done what was needed ahead of time to prevent problems later. I 10/10 would absolutely work with them again and will/have recommended others. The only reason for the 4 on negotiation was due to us not needing to negotiate on prices or items.

Janie Hickle is a fantastic agent that I would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home. Janie is extremely responsive - quickly responds to requests for showings, if she couldn’t make one personally she engaged help from another member of her team (who was also fantastic to work with). Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision, and I truly felt I was being given solid info about comparables, the state of the market, pros and cons to different types of properties or conditions of homes. Janie and her team are very detail oriented and I can say I enjoyed the home buying process with Janie!

Christina and her team were excellent. They responded quickly to every correspondence. The military has moved us out of the area and when a few unforeseen circumstances occurred with our property, Christina handled it and made sure it was all taken care of. Her entire team is thorough, professional and excellent at what they do. I will use them again for future transactions and would recommend them to everyone.

Christina is a fabulous real estate agent. I have been looking for a property that would be a good residence and investment unit since I moved to central PA and she’s taken us to see several different houses! She recently helped us get a four unit apartment in Central PA under contract and through superior negotiation, we were able to get $10,000 off the asking price. Her work ethic, and that of her team is something to be admired and I’ll recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a primary Residence or even an investment unit.
