I miss Melissa! I have moved from San Diego and had such a good, calm, efficient experience with her selling my house (and all it's issues that popped up ) she made my agent here in Atlanta look weak. I know it's weird to compare and write a review a year later, but the last year without Melissa, trying to deal with contractors, real estate agents, even learning about the area here in Atlanta, was something Melissa handled for us in San Diego without breaking a sweat! She patiently waited for us to make the final decision to move and was happy to help with a remodel years before we finally decided TO move. We could have just as easily not moved after all the work remodeling - which she knew - but she was generous with her knowledge and time anyway. ( I wish she could get licenses for here and I'm thinking about retirement - Florida Melissa??? :) :)

Melissa Tucci is incredible and truly a best in class real estate agent. We cannot recommend her enough! She is without a doubt the sole reason we were able to land our dream home in such a competitive housing market. Having interfaced with other other agents throughout the home buying process, we can confidently say that Melissa is a cut above the rest and we were lucky to have her representing us. We started working with Melissa in early 2023 looking for a large single family home in North County San Diego. Throughout our search, Melissa was incredibly responsive and hard working. She always got us in as early as possible to see homes we were interested in and she built strong working relationships with the listing agents. She personally attended almost every viewing with us. Her fund of knowledge on all things homes and contracting is amazing. Having been in the business for many years, she has a keen eye for seeing the pros and cons of properties, estimating renovation costs, and knowing the right questions to ask of the listing side regarding valuable home specs we would have never known to ask (sewer/septic lines, water heater locations, AC specs, etc). When it came down to making offers and ultimately getting an offer accepted, Melissa was absolutely invaluable. She helped us craft competitive offers with elements that she knew each seller was interested in based on her rapport and strong communication with the listing agents. She is a seasoned negotiator and we felt confident that she would always be working her hardest for us. Working with Melissa was the best decision we made. In this market, every home we were interested in received 5 or more competitive offers. Ultimately, it was Melissa’s stand out professionalism, negotiation skills, and relationship building that landed us our dream home, despite there being a higher offer on the table! Once we were under contract, Melissa made the closing process a breeze. She scheduled all of the inspections for us and helped coordinate with the listing agent and the escrow office throughout. We closed expeditiously, seamlessly, and on time. We are now the proud owners of an incredible home thanks to Melissa’s hard work. She has our highest recommendation!

I've worked with many Realtors over the years of buying and selling investment properties as well as personal residences in California, Texas, and Colorado. All of those Realtors have been good. However, Melissa Goldstein Tucci is without equal!I believe that the high volume of transactions that she closes gives Melissa a uniquely deep knowledge of the San Diego County market including the ever-changing factors that are impacting real estate values in today's economy. She's also a great listener and puts all this together strategically and knows where to push and by how much to help set appropriately aggressive buy and sell prices and terms.Melissa and I agreed to make strategic upgrades to my San Diego investment property before putting it on the market. Once we agreed on the specific upgrades to make, she managed the entire upgrade process including bringing in her own top-notch vendors on relatively short notice. Unlike other Realtors, Melissa staged the sale of my property at her own expense. Other Realtors quoted as much as $5000 to stage my property. Melissa's willingness to use her furniture and decorations to stage my property was a great value to me!Melissa's availability and responsiveness are fantastic. When responding to phone calls, emails, or texts -- whether it's early morning, late at night, or anywhere in between -- Melissa promptly responds. And she responds herself, which is so much better than other Realtors who have a colleague or assistant follow up on their behalf.So how does Melissa provide such valuable, timely, and personal service? I really don't know she does it... but it's what sets her head and shoulders above every other Realtor I've ever worked with! Melissa Goldstein Tucci is absolutely the best!

Melissa Tucci is an outstanding real estate agent who delivers for her clients. I interviewed 4 agents and she was my number one choice. In less than 30 days we had an offer on our listing and closed escrow, even during the crazy market transition. The few hiccups that happened along the way were handled efficiently, professionally and even creatively to make sure everything was finalized to our satisfaction as well as the buyer. Communication was outstanding and continuous- even in the evening and on weekends as needed. She has a great team of professionals (painting, staging, carpet, cleaners) that she has gathered to do whatever we were not able to do from a distance- scheduling and pricing were excellent. Definitely recommend and will use again for any future real estate needs.

Melissa is the best! My wife and I have bought and sold with Melissa three times and we are always blown away every time by her results and work ethic. During our recent purchase we were traveling and she coordinated multiple inspections on our behalf and remained available after hours and on weekends to help with whatever we needed. As buyers, we would recommend Melissa 100%. It's been a very difficult market for buyers, and all told, our search process took an entire year and 3 houses in escrow. Melissa shone through these difficult conditions. She is always gracious and on top of her game. She's extremely responsive which is huge for us as busy parents and living in another city (great communication over text and email, no long phone calls or phone tag, fast responses and info). She gets stuff done FAST. For example, scheduling inspections, coordinating follow up inspections, etc, which is crucial when you only have 10 days inspection contingency. And when it came time to negotiate, she always did a great job; I was confident we had the best negotiator at the table. Finally, Melissa is positive, honest, and hardworking. You can tell that she loves her work and is a high performer in all aspects of the word. She definitely ran the extra mile for us. Thank you, Melissa!

I am so happy I hired Melissa Tucci as my listing agent, she did an outstanding job. I was an out of state owner of a rental property in Chula Vista and needed someone who could manage all the details. I flew to California and interviewed seven real estate agents before choosing Melissa. I met each agent at the property and reviewed what needed to be done to get the house ready for market. After being rented for thirteen years it required repair work and updating. Melissa outperformed all the other agents with her presentation. Her knowledge of the local market, recommendations for required work, suggestions for saving money on repairs, updating, and marketing plan was spot on. Melissa Goldstein Tucci is hands down the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She has been the realtor for our extended family in San Diego county, California for at least the last 10 yrs, helping sell our parental home when my dad died, and helping other relatives with their real estate needs too. We recently sold our rental home in San Diego and got a great price for it thanks to the wonderful staging and gorgeous photography which Melissa paid for out of her commission. She advertised the house extensively and it sold super well in less than 48 hours!! The rest of the process was very easy as facilitated by the other professionals she recommended for escrow services, etc. Melissa was extremely professional, detail oriented but highly efficient, super fast to get back to us with answers to any questions we had about what to change in the house to make it more appealing and beautiful to prospective buyers. She “held our hand” when we needed it, and pushed us along to list the house in a timely manner. We needed exactly that perfect blend of reassurance and goal oriented efficiency in a realtor. She even had Reccomended floor contractors to help us change out the old flooring for beautiful luxury vinyl and had other suggestions as well. I trusted her judgement and advice completely. Melissa is by far the best agent we have ever hired. She is intelligent, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and strategic. Her ethics are as high as her commitment, she set a per sqft record in our neighborhood on the sale of our personal residence. I would recommend her to anyone.
