I chose Chad to help me find a downtown San Diego condo after meeting with several other agents. He stood out immediately for his knowledge of downtown San Diego and the details of most every condo building there. He was extremely patient and I never felt any pressure as he helped me find just the right place. Chad was there for me all through making an offer and with all the little headaches that pop up afterward. On top of being a very professional agent, Chad is a really nice guy! I recommend him to anyone looking for a home in San Diego.

We used Chad to list and sell 2 condos 8 years apart. Both times, he nailed the listing price, resulting in immediate offers that sailed through both times. For the recent sale, Chad and team engaged all the right vendors to prep for sale, and the upgrades were practical and instrumental.Chad and his Associate Kelly were extremely accessible and professional. Definitely the dream team for us since we were not located near the property. Everything sailed through due to their experience and skill handling the few potentially sensitive issues that arose.

Dannecker & Associates are a fantastic real estate company! They helped us buy and sell our home and felt like they advocated for us at every step. It’s certainly a team effort and if your agent is unavailable there’s a whole team that helps keep all elements moving forward. Felt like it was clear communication, helped save us money in negotiations and with their connections helped us get our home. They also sold our house in 6 days and able to get our new home in a multi bid situation. Chad, Kelly and the team are amazing!!
