I have bought and sold several houses in the last 3 years. Marli Jerald was an exceptionally competent RE agent and the best that I have encountered. I gave her the listing to sell my house in Walla Walla, WA. Listed the house, then changed my mind and wanted to do more renovations. She had the patience of a saint, always returned my calls, listened carefully, and was more than nice. We relisted it after the renovations at a higher price and got it sold in a timely manner. I wish I could take her with me, but I am no longer in WA state. Highly recommended.

Marli helped me to sell my house in early 2025. I interviewed five realtors in preparation for the sale and I am very glad I selected Marli. I am not Walla Walla native so I do not have as many local connections. Marli knows the area expertly and was able to advise and help me on every aspect of the sale and move. She far exceeded my expectations. Marli is also exceptionally responsive and available. I was under much stress during the process of selling and moving and she was super understanding and supportive. Very impressive person!

As first time homebuyers, we loved working with Marli to buy our first home! She came highly recommended from some friends in the area, and we would recommend her as well! She listened to everything that we wanted and brought realistic solutions. She was prompt, positive, and informative at every step of the process. She never pushed us but was willing to offer advice or give guidance when we needed or wanted. She is very friendly and very professional. She was even willing to help us out with some questions after we had closed and moved into our house, as well. We highly recommend working with Marli!

Marli is the best agent we could've had to sell our house. She was knowledgeable about the area comps, the market and how to sell our house quickly.
