Miss Joyce,Went above and beyond to make our first home purchase, painless and easy to navigate. Very friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect. She got my property sold in a very slow market. I was very impressed ! She knows a lot of people and how to market every kind of property .I would definately use her again. Miss Marilyn is truly phenomenal!! She truly always has her clients best interest, she’s not afraid to speak up when something looks off within a home, and she did everything to make sure we have a perfect home! Which we do! Any questions we had or anything me and my husband weren’t sure about she would always break it down for us to understand. So I’m truly just so grateful that God gave us Miss Marilyn! Not having Marilyn as your realtor is like walking past a billion dollars !
