So we met Jimmy Ashby right before Covid-19 really took hold of our area. Mr Ashby was very professional and listened to us and our wants. He was able to understand and show us what we thought we wanted but in the end he did a very good job at listening to us and showing us homes that we were really interested in and made the process extremely easy. He showed us about 50 homes in our area. I think without him we might of never really found the home we would love. He did a great job and I would refer him to friends and family. We would be repeat customers if we move again.

Jimmy Ashby is by far the best, most knowledgeable, thorough real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my 71 years on this planet. He is enthusiastically there for you. Genuinely concerned about your desires. His knowledge of the area, home construction, and even flora & fauna, is unsurpassed. He is a straight shooter and tirelessly works for you. He is always available via phone, text or email. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy.

Let’s put it this way: Jimmy was there for our family as we were searching for the right home in the Temple area, showing up with his EXPERTISE, CANDOR, & unaffected KINDNESS, so we knew exactly who to call when our family circumstances meant another move was in order. We are the family of a fallen soldier and Jimmy was so kind and so respectful of our family needs! We DIDN’T HESITATE FOR A SECOND to call Jimmy to help us sell after having him in our corner during the buying process! Jimmy is the man you want on your side when purchasing a home. He is very responsive and attentive. It shows that he has been in realty for some time as he is very knowledgeable. Working with Jimmy is by far the best real estate agent/ home purchase of my life . In addition to having a vast network of people in every possible corner of real estate upon whom he can call for advice and help to aid his clients , he is excessively kindhearted and ethical in his dealings with not only me but every person involved in our purchase . That is very important to me because it directly reflects on my reputation as well as his . I trust him with that reputation more than most people I have ever known . He has great knowledge but is also very humble and asked many questions to learn as much as possible from every experience we had, and there were many challenging ones with bankers and a variety of other people involved in the transaction . I quickly got the sense that he was very well respected and witnessed his ability to gain people's trust and respect quickly . He responded almost instantly to everyone of my communications which made my anxiety much less . He is a caretaker personality and a great asset to his clients.

Mr. Ashby has gone above and beyond to help us sell are house. He is very professional, hard worker, knowledgeable, first and foremost has your best interest at hand. We had a few curve balls thrown at us during the process but he handled everything with tact, poise and expertise. We have been blessed to have Mr. Ashby as our agent and recommend him to everyone!
