I cannot say enough about the Graham Team- namely our agent Joy Scovell. I hear the commercials all the time, but witnessing their greatness firsthand is another story. We just closed on a house and Joy was a great help every step of the way. From start to finish, she was there. Even after closing, we've been able to reach out and she has reached out on her own to render assistance, aid, updates, and more. Whenever we needed her, she was there and Joy has assured us that if needed she will continue to be. We decided to go with the Graham Team and they did not disappoint us. We started looking for a realtor almost a year ago and the Graham Team got us $9000 more for our house than the other realtors projected. His marketing/advertising skills was second to none Also, he told us what buyers were looking for when selling our home so when preparing our home for sale we did exactly what he said and it paid off. When we went live we had two offers in the first week. The second week we had a third offer and the rest is history. I encourage everyone who is either selling or purchasing a home to call Des and his team. I have the pleasure of knowing Des from years ago when he was working with his family. He was a hard worker then and still a hard worker today. When Des and his team put my home on the market, they had showings scheduled the very next day. On the first showing, I got an offer above asking. Can you believe that, two days! I was truly impressed by this. The Graham team as a whole were professional throughout the process and Des made himself available whenever I wanted to speak with him directly (even on a Sunday...sorry about that ??). To the whole Graham team, I want to say ‘thank you’.

Great person and really advocated for our needs. He was able to get us a great buyer for our home and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were in the loop at all points of the sale. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable about the area and how things work in a military community. He has a great team who make you feel important and that use the newest technology to make the home selling experience as easy and quick as possible.
