His analysis from the start was very detailed, providing a strong guide for the many steps involved in the process of selling a home. He was observant and meticulous, with many years of experience as the foundation of his understanding of the local real estate market. At the same time, he was never pushy and made sure that we were comfortable with the decisions made at each step. He was also highly accessible, enjoyable to talk to, and relatable on a personal level. Helpful throughout, he also handled multiple additional elements for us, including noticing that Building and Zoning didn't have the full square footage of the house and making sure that this was updated. The best real estate and listing agent, we have bought several properties with Lazaro and we hope to buy even more with him. If I were to sell my properties or buy new ones, I don't think of anyone better than him. It is easy to build a working relationship with Laz, he always goes the extra mile to help in the process of making the right decision, all the businesses we have done with him have been successful.I recommend him 100%!!! he is a seller who will be available to the client forever for any question, suggestion, query that we have, he is always there to advise us, not to mention that Laz is always on the lookout for any situation that may arise. Lazaro is very professional, and was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help with the process, providing all the local phone numbers, and contacts I needed to complete the process, in order for me to choose. He checked on every aspect of the property that i asked with the county for me. He also physically went for me at times, that someone needed to be there for inspections, etc., since i live 3 hours away. I am very happy with his work, and highly recommed him because he has every step of the process covered.

Amazing real estate agent! If not for him being so on top of everything when I was looking at my current property I would not own it now. He was so professional, helpful and had all of the resources I could ask for to assist with the inspections, a list of names for various repair services, a list of local utility providers, you name it. If I had a question, he had the answer. You have to understand, I moved cross-country to a place I had never seen before, so finding and buying my house within 2 months was a challenge for me. I contacted numerous agents only to be disappointed and frustrated. Then I called Laz. He jumped into action as I was already looking at listings on-line to show me my future home. I didn't know my way around or who to contact, but he made it so easy. Every little wrinkle, he knew exactly what to do and would advise me accordingly. The whole process was very smooth from showing to closing. I cannot rave about him enough. Extremely wonderful man to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a superior realtor who takes pride in giving you a wonderful experience as a home buyer.
