We worked with Kristen and Staci. Excellent communication. Seamless coordination. Very attentive to the house and us. Staging was complimentary which was really awesome because the house was empty. House sold well over asking with multiple offers within 48 hours. Closing was efficient with no surprises - unlike other closings we have experienced.

Kristen Bernard and her team are amazing! We have listed and sold two homes with Kristen and she is now our buyer's agent for our new build. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kristen and Chris (& their team) were there for us every step of the way with selling and purchasing a home. Not only did they help me prepare the house to look the best for pictures and open house scenarios, but they walked be through every step of the process detail by detail. I can't speak more highly of Kristen! As a first time home buyer, the process can be daunting but she made it simple. She is incredibly friendly and speaks with an air of reassurance which I appreciated as a first-time bye buyer always worried things would fall through the cracks. After talking to her I always felt like things would be OK. She is very knowledgeable of the area and wouldn't sell you a place that she wouldn't live in herself. She is trustworthy, kind, and reliable. I would recommend her to anyone I knew moving to the area and will surely be using her services again when the time comes!
