Tracy was able to help me find a house in no time at all. She was also able to negotiate a lower price for the house and negotiate the sellers to buying the supplies while we did the labor so that it could pass the appraisel.

TRACY WAS EXCELLENT. HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE RIGHT HOME FOR US? WORKING WITH US WAS A LONG PROCESS BUT SHE WAS VERY PATIENT. HER COMMUNICATION WITH US WAS EXCELLENT AS SHE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US ALMOST EVERY WEEK EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE NO HOUSES TO SEE. SHE WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS AND VERY TIMELY IN GETTING ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER POTENTIAL HOME BUYERS

My overall experience with Tracy wasn't the best. I can't say that it was completely horrible though. But I would not recommend her to any of my family who is looking to buy or sell. <br/><br/>I always felt rushed while we were looking at houses. Seemed like every time she just followed us around and turned lights off as we went, even if I wanted to spend more time in a house. One night we looked at about 4 in the span of an hour, and that was with driving time across town. Granted we were not in love with the houses we did look at, but even still I like to be able to look around without feeling rushed. <br/><br/>I always felt like I had to ask multiple times before I would get an answer to any questions I had. I would send a text, and end up with a one word answer to a multiple point question. <br/><br/>Once we found the house that we eventually bought, I asked for a listing of home inspectors that I could contact. She gave me one guy that I guess she works with pretty regularly. So I went out on my own and found someone. I wasn't to keen on the idea of using someone who was bias. Funny thing was when I told my Guy about Tracy and him, he didn't want to comment on some of the things he knew. By that time I am guessing I made her mad by dropping Howard Hanna's Mortgage company and her inspector, so I never really heard much out of her from that point on. I would ask her questions still but only get one word answers. <br/><br/>Tracy never showed up for closing, denied receiving an email from my loan officer that I was CC'd on and had a copy, and made me pick up my own keys for the house after transfer. I know I was a first time home buyer, and maybe it was a misconception on my part, but I thought this was something that Realtor's did. <br/><br/>Over all I can say I'm glad that I didn't have to pay for her services. And I will more then likely not recommend her to anyone I know.

Tracy did a great job helping us to find a house. She was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive from the start through the purchase. She also answered our questions directly and realistically without any BS. We'll definitely refer her to others looking to buy or sell property.
