Silika her team were very patient and helpful in the buying process. First home purchase in 20 years for me so had to learn the ropes again. She figured out my what I had in my head and preferences quickly. Lighting and new to mid-lifespan appliances, hvac, roof etc were a priority. That was a time saver and allowed us to move quickly the right house came up for sale. She also referred me to mortgage broker who got me the best rate possible. Now me and my crazy doodle have a great home!

My husband and I used Silika Rose Mansfield as our agent for buying a home in the Charlotte area. We were relocating from DC and really needed someone to help us with every step of the buying process, someone we could trust to guide us through the different areas and that understood our vision. Silika and her team were incredible to work with and got us the home we were dreaming of! She is responsive, dedicated and reliable, we couldn't have asked for a smoother process. She answered all of our questions (believe me - we had a lot!) and made sure we were comfortable with every step. From our first meeting Liz has been conscientious, professional, and knowledgeable. She listens well and is an extremely responsive communicator. Whatever method we used to communicate with her, she’d be responding and reaching out. Everyone we’ve interacted with on the Matt Stone team has been knowledgeable, likeable, and very easy to work with. We really like that the team are on top of their technology and make it easy to do practically everything digitally. During the sale of our previous house, the quality and effectiveness of the photos and 3-D rendering that are part of the Matt Stone marketing plan helped get us a quick sale. With her experience and expertise, Liz brought clarity when the path toward our forever home seemed so hard for us to figure out on our own. We worked with Josh Stone initially, who gave us a great overview of their website and team, and he set us up with Hasty Millen who was the kindest, most knowledgeable and organized realtor we were lucky enough to work with. Our realtor Hasty Millen deserves 10 stars! We were looking to move from Minneapolis to the Charlotte area, but upfront had various critical unknowns making it difficult to navigate and plan. When we first contacted Hasty about possible relocation, we had no timetable or guarantee Charlotte would be our final job relocation area in North Carolina. We had no familiarity with the area and visited Charlotte on a one-weekend only trip early in the year. Hasty was amazing, knowing our limited timeframe she spent her entire day giving us a tour of Charlotte and getting to know us. She was overly patient, listened and understood our must-haves. She showed us several homes in the area until we were comfortable with our options. Hasty kept in contact with us after our return to Minnesota. She always responded quickly if we sent her a text message or called with questions. Even knowing that we might not be able to relocate to Charlotte, she still gave us her attention and guidance, helping navigate the home search process with boots on ground for us. After over a half a year, we were finally able to relocate to Charlotte. Hasty helped us find the perfect townhome in the area we wanted. She worked with the builder/seller up to the final hour to negotiate a last minute, off-market opportunity for the exact floorplan we sought but didn’t know was available. Top notch customer service! I had an absolute wonderful experience closing on the house in Charlotte with Hasty Millen of Matt Stone. Hasty has an excellent taste and unique ability to find you what you like. She is super personable, great and easy to talk to and just fun to be around. It took her less than a week to find me my dream home, our offer went out same day and was accepted next day. This is the result of Hasty’s preparation, experience and great insight into real estate in general. Everything else as far as transaction went as smooth as it could go. Hasty is supported by a great team of professionals at Matt Stone and 3rd party service providers, including attorneys, inspectors and insurance brokers who make the transaction process seamless and easy. I would highly suggest to go with Hasty and Matt Stone recommendation on service providers as they are excellent professionals whose services are very reasonably priced. In addition, Hasty has a wealth of knowledge about the area, services and schools which would be invaluable to a person like me, moving across the country or very new to the area. My final note on my experience is that I feel I can rely and trust Hasty and team, which is the most important aspect in any business transaction to me. There is no way I’m pursuing my next real estate move without them. My highest recommendations go to Hasty and the team at Matt Stone. This was truly a great job!

We had a fantastic home buying experience with Liz on the Matt Stone Team. Our situation was somewhat unique where we were living out of state at the time and Liz not only strategized with us on the best neighborhoods based on our goals and lifestyle, but was also our eyes and ears on the ground as we were not able to be present for tours. Her level of diligence during calls and video tours was exactly what we needed, from big picture items like ceiling height and construction quality down to small but important details like how the kitchen cabinets close. Once we made a purchase, the closing process was a breeze as the rest of the team took over and guided us to the finish line.Highly recommend Liz Koelling and the rest of the Matt Stone Team!

Even though the market is very difficult, she and her team made our house purchase a reality in less than a month.
