Beyond the traditional expectations of a real estate agent, Julie went above and beyond—helping coordinate an estate sale, lining up trusted contractors to complete repairs and painting, and even bringing in structural engineers to confirm that the home was built properly and in sound condition.Her attention to detail, organization, and willingness to step in and manage complex logistics made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and under control. This was our second time working with Julie, she was recommended when we first moved to NC. Julie helped us find our home, she was very knowledgeable about the area, what to look for when seeing new homes and competition in the market. After 4 plus years, we decided to leave NC and without hesitation hired Julie to help us sell our home. As our selling agent, she gave great advice, was reliable, responsive and patient. Selling is much more stressful and Julie was great helping us through from listing to sale.

Julie was awesome and I highly recommend using her as your agent of you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced! Julie is also super communicative and answered all of our questions quickly and did a lot to relieve the stress of purchasing a house. We looked at many different properties and julie was able to get an appointment set up for us within a few days. We could not have asked for a better agent and we're in love with the home that we purchased!

First time home buyer and Julie was fantastic. She was knowledgable and made a point to educate me along the way. She guided me through negotiation strategy for both builders and independent home owners. I went with a new build, and she guided me through walkthroughs, showed me what to look for, and what to consider around contracts and warranties. She will 100% be my pick for next time and a friend/family recommendation!
