I was recommended CalzaCo by a few different military friends who previously were stationed at Luke. I was in the process of also selling my home amongst being a mom of 2 littles and being mil-to-mil, busy was an understatement for us. Michelle made us feel comfortable from the beginning to closing, having patience with us as we navigate our PCS while heading to numerous homes to take videos for us as we figured out exactly what we wanted. Once our home hit the market, we knew it was our dream house immediately and Michelle executed for us! There were several offers on the table and she was able to give us expert advice while still staying in our comfort zone. The process of purchase was seamless, we used all recommendations from the team and were handled with care by every party involved - we even ran into a pickle where our appraisal didn’t get done in time and Michelle and the lenders bent over backwards for us to expedite the process so we could close ASAP. We are so in love with our home and we owe it all to Michelle and CalzaCo.

Michelle was by far the greatest real estate agent ever! She took the homebuying experience to the next level. Bought my first home and she had easy answers and went into great detail about the process with no hesitation. She was able to hook us up a LOT with her negotiation skills too. Unbelievable.. saved us $15K<!! The way she worked with the builder to fix things I never even noticed was very impressive and I can't thank her enough for that. Communication was top tier, if she missed a phone call she immediately called back no matter what time of day or night. You can feel her love for the game and its super motivating! I can't thank her enough for not being a robot, she genuinely made the Realtor-Home Buyer relationship feel like a family. I have already recommended CalzaCo to two other people who are looking for a home and they will definitely be using you guys! I might have to learn how to code so I can give this review 6 stars!
