We needed to find a real estate agent in Athens, not knowing anyone in the area. Julie Moon's name kept coming up as one of the best in Athens, and I can honestly say that she is. We came from out of town and she made the process so easy. She was always available, extremely responsive and easy to talk to. She guided us through the GA real estate process without a hitch. Julie was there every step of the way and made what can be an extremely stressful process simple and stress free. From start to finish, Julie was there helping us navigate the process. I cannot recommend Julie Moon enough for anyone looking for an agent in the Athens Area.

It was a pleasure working with Julie through the selling of our home and purchase of a new home. First of all, she stuck with us as we took several months to figure out our timeline for buying/selling and for moving. Once we were ready to start the process, she was ready to go, guided us through everything we'd need to do to list, and was always available to look at homes we were interested in buying. She was a master negotiator when we did find potential buyers for our home, as well as when we found the home we wanted to buy - she was able to negotiate both sides expertly and get us the most bang for our buck, plus the timing that worked best for us! She truly went above and beyond, and we always felt like she had our best interest in mind. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and she was always available for any questions that we had. I 100% would recommend Julie to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in the Athens area!

I am so happy that we worked with Julie! Julie helped us set realistic expectations and was all for it when we decided to jump on a really quick turnaround for selling our house. Julie made sure we understood everything throughout the process of both buying and selling, and she made everything as calm and stress free as possible! I was 100% confident in Julie's abilities and knowledge the entire time, and I don't think we would have ended up with such a great house without her. We can't say enough good about Julie Moon. She is a very knowledgeable and resourceful real estate agent in Athens, GA, and surrounding areas. We did not know the housing market in Athens nor did we know what kind of house we wanted to buy. Our desires changed several times during our search, and Julie was very understanding and would give us helpful hints. Julie was great at giving us ideas of how negotiating would play out given different possible paths. I truly believe she had our best interests at heart and made decisions that benefitted us most. I greatly appreciated Julie's prioritization, especially when it came to negotiating and the inspection. She kept us grounded and had us focus on the biggest boulders that would be best for us long-term. Her communication was exceptional because not only was she timely, but she clearly reads her audience and adapts to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible. Given the choice, I would go through the process exactly the same and would not consider another realtor.
