Joyce Thompson is truly exceptional- again! We've had 2 transactions together, this last one being a purchase of my beautiful home in Citrus Springs. As before, we came away impressed with Joyce’s level of knowledge, promptness, strategic mindset, kindness, patience and good energy. All that made a potentially chaotic process seem simple (trust me it's not). It's especially important that she possess the qualities above since we were remote and Joyce was our 'eyes and ears' on the ground. It was a no-brainer for us to work with Joyce again and I’m so thankful we did. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about in regards to one issue, but things happen…please review the whole experience. Which in our case was excellent, twice. Please stop looking. We Highly highly recommended Joyce Thompson with no reservations!! Thank you

She seems to be a good person and did some aspects of job okay, but she failed to follow up with the HOA on our recent purchase and created some real problems for us. She did not accept any responsibility for her lack of action which I was most concerned about. If you are looking for a Realtor that will help you avoid any pitfalls you should look else where.
