My experience with my first real estate agent provided to be a waste of 6 months while keeping up a mortgage in pensacola and paying rent in jacksonville. We met a real estate agent in jacksonville named Kevin Craig. This guy is relentless on helping you find what you may need. One of the nicest guy you'll ever want too meet. After discussing our problem with our first agents, Kevin stepped in and said let me make a call. This is when He put us in touch with Jessica Duncan. On our first phone conversation, Jessica outlined what she was going to do to sell our house in pensacola. To say the least I was very impressed with her knowledge and her attitude about selling our house. She did everything for us. Her use of using 1 percent to go too advertising was exceptional. So to make a long story short. 6 months with one agenand not one hit. Two months with Jessica Duncan and our home was sold. I can't thank her enough. So THANK-YOU JESSICA DUNCAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO WOULD LIKE THEIR HOME SOLD.

I moved to the area in January 2016. I met Jessica a several months later. I have bought and sold many homes in the past using Relators but Jessica is something extra. She is very professional, smart, high energy, knowledgeable about the area, extremely patient and good negotiator. I never felt rushed to make a decision and she was always available when I called. Before I bought my house we decided to use her to sell my parents house they had lived in for 50 years. The house sold quickly at the price Jessica said it would sell for. I closed on my new home in February 2017. I am so happy with my purchase. She has really helped me to acclimate to the area. I am very thankful that I met Jessica and would recommend her to anyone.

If you are looking to buy or sell, you should definitely give Jessica a call. Her knowledge of buying and/or selling is amazing. She found us the perfect house to buy. She had the house we were selling under contract before it even hit the market. She has amazing team, she basically has a one stop operation. Kept us informed on everything along the way! Amazing! You have to call her!!
