What a rock star! Even with the limited inventory and certainly a sellers market, Tonya was able to find us a home that meet our needs and we were able to close within 30 days. She is very connected with the other realtors in the area and has a great team behind her. She has lenders who will go out of their way to ensure her clients are taken care of. Highly recommend

Just bought a house in Gulf Breeze with Tonya. She showed me homes in the Pensacola, FL area about 8 months ago and I wasn't ready to purchase just yet. Tonya was patient and always kept in touch and did a lot of researching for me. While in Atlanta trying to sell my primary residence, Tonya previewed several homes for me, sending me extra photos and videos to help me determine what was best for me. I trusted her judgment and she helped me find and buy a home that I never even saw until after the closing. Her agency is wonderful and her staff is still helping post purchase. She really knows the waterfront market and was a pleasure to work with. I will use her when I want to upgrade from this waterfront property in a few years! Great people here, nothing to fear!

Tonya and her team did a fantastic job. The process of selling a home can be very stressful and the fact that the Tonya Zimmern team went out of their way to make it as easy as possible speaks volumes to the hard work and dedication we felt we had. We went through six Real Estate Agent interviews and happily decided on the correct one. Do not waste your time just go ahead and call the Zimmern team off the bat. Not to mention she was able to get our home under contract 1.5 days after listing and we received multiple offers getting us higher than we listed it for!

Tonya and her team (Sam!) are AWESOME! They were extremely helpful, every step of the way. We live in California and weren’t able to physically be in Florida. Tonya and Sam went over and above to take care of everything. Tonya took the time to meet with our family, that lives locally. She made herself available, taking their their schedule into consideration, and showed them several properties on our behalf. After finding our home, Sam stepped in and coordinated everything from there. She arranged all of the inspections, kept us updated along the way, and made sure that it all came together in the end. Tonya was a blessing for us. We had a home to sell in Gulf Breeze but had already moved out of state. Our tenants left us with a complete nightmare, thousands of dollars in damages. Tonya came in and totally took charge of everything for us. She quickly coordinated repairs using her real estate contacts and knew what it would take to get the home ready for sale. She sent us updates frequently and we always felt we were in great hands. The home was under contract in ONE DAY, at an aggressive asking price. Tonya also made herself available to us after closing. We would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anybody in the area. Thank you Tonya!
