The Erik Hansen team did a fantastic job in marketing my property, bringing a buyer to the table and completing the sale in a very timely manner. Communication was spot on every step of the way and my agent, Levi, was such a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed during the entire process and advised me appropriately and timely, facilitating the sale. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Woodall. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pensacola area and the whole home buying process. It was my first time buying a house and she was very nice about explaining all of the steps that I needed to follow, and all of the jargon that kept popping up. She was also great when it came to negotiation time, really trying to get me the best deal that she possibly could. I couldn't recomend her more!

The Hansen real estate team was excellent in their ability to help with the sale of our home. The communication between the real estate agent and her team was unparalleled, we were kept advised of every single step in the process. Calls and emails were returned quickly, providing a smooth communication channel. I have purchased and sold homes many times over the years (military) and have not experienced a level of professionalism the Hansen team has provided.

The Hansen team was an absolute delight to work with. They communicated well and laid out a clear path to success. I never thought I would become a home owner. But my good friend, Leonard Hood, taught me it was possible through careful planning and laying out goals and deadlines along the way. He represented the Hansen team incredibly well. Very friendly, very thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. If I were to go through this process again, I would not dream of doing this with anyone else. We had an amazing selling experience with Eric's team. I was managing the estate for a deceased family member and this property is in a state far from where I live. The team handled all aspects efficiently and professionally from preparation of the property for sale to closing. Their assistance and availability as I navigated the sale of this property long distance and through the estate process was above and beyond my expectations. Incredibly responsive and proactive: I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Erik Hansen and the entire Hansen Team are absolutely the BEST!!! As we started the process of working with the Hansen Team, we knew exactly what we wanted to sell our house for. We were also prepared for the current housing market and knew that price was at the top end. We also knew that the average time to sell a home in the Pensacola area was somewhere around 50+ days and we were prepared for that. What we weren't prepared for was getting the price we were looking for and having our home under contract in 7 days!!! I gave the Hansen Team 5 stars in each of the areas listed: Local Knowledge, Process Experience, Responsiveness, and Negotiation Skills. They knocked the ball out of the park in each area. I have bought and sold a number of homes in my life--the last three times have been with Erik Hansen as my real estate professional. Erik Hansen and the Hansen Team are true professionals in the real estate industry. They care about people and our community--my agent and my team for life.

Erik, Jeanette, and the whole team were absolutely outstanding! From the initial contact with the Hansen Team, roughly 48 hours passed and we had several serious offers, the entire process was virtually seamless. The teams ability to guide us through the process was a master-class in coordination, from the initial contact, to listing the house, reviewing/signing the necessary documents, coordinating with the title company, no detail was overlooked, all while we had already moved to another state. If you are looking for the ultimate professionals in the real estate business, the Hansen Team should be your first choice!
