Just silence and a feedback form they admitted agents “sometimes don’t fill out.” When we pushed back and asked why they weren’t picking up the phone to ask buyer’s agents what it would take to close (something that is quite literally their job) we were told, verbatim: “we cannot pitch any solutions as your realtor. This is not our investment.”Let that sink in. We hired advocates and they outsourced the advocating to us. Hard to even give solutions when you have to beg for feedback? We pulled the listing. Their goodbye was a copy-paste AI response wishing us “nothing but success” which, after everything, felt about right. Automated and lazy to the end.If your house will sell itself, these are your agents. If you actually need someone to advocate for you, your price, and your timeline. Someone who will pick up the phone, ask hard questions, and not confuse passivity with professionalism do yourself a favor and keep scrolling.We won’t make this mistake twice.
