Absolutely exceptional experience! Eric Hansen is a true professional in every sense of the word. My property went live on the MLS on a Wed.... showings began the next day.... open house on Saturday...by Sunday we had 3 offers over asking price...by Monday we had an accepted offer well over listing price! Eric communicated daily as the process continued to closing. It has been a pleasure to deal with Eric and his staff at the Hansen Home Team!

We worked with Chris and Eric at HHT for both buying and selling (primarily with Chris). She was great to work with - her schedule was flexible enough to take us to showings at times that worked for us, she gave us good advice, and she helped make sure the whole process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. If we had to start over from the beginning, we'd happily decide to work with Chris again!

The entire team proactively communicated with us to make this process as stress-free as possible. With their assistance, we were able to find a house that meets all our needs and sold our condo within the desired timeline and for over asking price.
