We were so lucky to find Matt Winzenried! Despite the bizarre real estate conditions during the Covid crisis, he was able to find just the right house for us. Even when it looked like our sale was not going to go through, Matt hung in there and ironed out the issues so we could move forward. He was with us every step of the way- right until we signed. Because of Covid he couldn't be in the room for the closing, but he was in the parking lot with a pie when we exited.
