I have to start off by saying I was no easy client. As a first time home buyer, the business owner himself, Greg, took me around to over 50 properties in the rain, snow, and heat. I also tried to back out of my contract with the sellers, but he fought for me and secured a six figure reduction in price for me to make it more than worth staying. Greg showed IMMENSE patience, was understanding of my learning process, and never made me feel like a burden. Not only will I always be grateful for Greg for his time in helping me find a beauty of a home, but his staff are locked on, communicative, and were always in my corner to schedule listings (thank you Wendy), provide forceful backup (Alex), and run things flawlessly behind the scenes (the legal staff he works with at Bright Law). Greg Martin is the most patient, enduring agent I've ever met! Our journey started four years ago and each time I came to North Carolina, he would patiently take me around to communities that he knew I would be interested in. Last summer I finally was able to make up my mind and hone in on the right community for my dream retirement home (and can't forget the double oven!) Even after we found the community and model I desired he was able to steer me to the builder with a more reasonable price point than we initially anticipated, SCORE! My family is forever grateful!

Greg, and the entire team at Martin Group Properties were amazing. My husband and I started working with Greg 2 years ago when we were trying to decide between North Carolina and Florida. When we finally settled on North Carolina we were still living in Vermont. Greg ran around doing video tours for us until we found the perfect home. We told him what we were looking for and he wasn't afraid to point out things that he thought we wouldn't be happy with.
