After looking at her statistics, and after telling her that I would like her expertise, she did not disappoint! At any time of the day or night I can contact Erika with ANY questions or concerns. She IMMEDIATELY returns my calls or texts with an answer. She LISTENS to everything I have to say and gives sound, and experienced advice about how to proceed. I tried to list my house on my own,…..what a pain. I’m stepped Erika. I had a full price offer in literally 15mins on the 1st showing! She told me I had my house underpriced but I didn’t believe her….I ended up with $100,000 more than I originally thought my house was worth! I’ve went on to choose Erika on numerous other properties, both residential and commercial and she refuses to quit until I get the perfect deal. I’m retired USAF and refer all my military friends to her as well. None better, don’t waste your time and money with anyone else!
You know how when you’re starting this process and it’s overwhelming and scary? It doesn’t have to be. Erika makes sure she answers every question (even the ones that you swear are gonna be crazy). Throughout our entire process she was there by our sides. It took us years to get there but she never gave up on us. Even now after buying a home, she’s with us. I can call her and know that she’s going to give us the best advice and help. Trips to see houses, done. Don’t like them? She can help you find them! Find one on a random weekend, she’s there. If you’re buying or selling, HIRE ERIKA!!! We have used Erika twice and will continue to use her any time we’re looking to buy or sell new property. We had a lot of roadblocks when trying to buy our new home (at no fault of Erika) and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Any time my husband or I had a question, she texted or called us back within minutes. Gotta love a realtor that answers their phone! This girl has CONNECTIONS and will find exactly what you’re looking for and in your price range. We cannot recommend her enough!
Erika and her team did an outstanding job! She worked diligently and professionally in listing, marketing, and selling our property. When receiving an offer late in the evening she promptly forwarded it for our review. We wrote back with some questions after 10 pm hoping for an answer the following day. Erika replied immediately with a thorough, concise, and professional opinion on the offer and how to proceed. By 11pm we had a contract to sign and by midnight an accepted signed contract from the buyer. Yes, a Relator who is not only exceptional at marketing and selling homes but who also does what ever it takes to close the sale even if it means working until the middle of the night!
