She was/is amazing. Recently retired from the Navy here and was out of state. Erica did personal walkthroughs for me on camera, took pictures and guided me all the way to closing. Her and her sidekick(daughter) are the best realtors I have ever worked with. This is my fourth home purchase and was the easiest hands down. Even after closing she was available for me whenever I had questions or concerns. She is a consummate professional And truly cares about who she's working for. Gracias Erica!

Erica is a great realtor! We bought our first home when my husband got stationed in Pensacola FL and were living in WA state at the time. So buying site unseen was nerve-wracking. But, Erica and her team made everything so smooth,easy , explained everything,answered all our questions, and helped every step along the way. She is very knowledgeable about the area, so figuring out what area to live in was really easy. I appreciate how kind,patient, how she has her clients best interest and how understanding she is. I'd definitely use her again. ??
