We just completed our house sale using Eric and his firm and we had the best possible experience and outcome one could have. I have done quite a few real estate transactions and can tell you Eric is second to none. He was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Eric was excellent at problem solving during the inspection and closing process. In addition, when asked to help in some area's that were not his direct responsibility but were related to the sale such as helping bring in vendors to have things fixed or help with club membership issue's there was never a "no" and it was done quickly and effectively. I first met Eric four years ago when I bought a home in Ibis that was his listing. Negotiations were challenging because the sellers were divorcing. Because of his sensitivity to the sellers and negotiating experience, he was able to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. More recently, because I was getting remarried, I listed my house with Eric and he suggested a few minor improvements to the house and we were offered price that was very profitable and it sold within weeks! He then worked with me to find a new home and managed to handle a delicate situation where there were 3 contingencies in place. He kept all three parties informed, calm, and thanks to his skill we all have lovely homes in Ibis now! In three words: He's The Best!

When we decided to purchase a second home in Florida, we contacted Eric to see if we would be a good "fit" to work together.
