We had an outstanding experience working with Wes during our home-buying process. They took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions, and guided us through every step with patience and professionalism. We always felt like a priority, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. I particularly appreciated how detailed and efficient Wes was. We had planned a trip to Virginia specifically to look at homes and Wes had multiple showings scheduled for us over two days so that we were able to leave with an offer made.Even a year after our move, Wes continues to check in and even sends gifts! My husband & I loved working with Wes to purchase our home! Even when we were signing offer paperwork on a 7 hour drive, Wes was handling everything he possibly could on the ground to make sure that we were able to get the house we wanted.We moved from out of town, and he made our homebuying experience as painless as possible. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about Richmond and the surrounding areas, and we felt we were very well taken care of. Couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!

Wes and his team are wonderful! Last year, he went above and beyond to make sure my mom landed safely in her dream home. My mom, who is in her 70s, received nothing but respect, support, and patience while navigating the home-buying process. Wes likes to say "I'm here when you need me." But it's not just a platitude for him, it's his whole business model. Wes guided us through multiple years of challenging housing markets and helped us find a perfect home. As first time home buyers, we were especially grateful for how patient and attentive he was as we learned the ropes. Not only is Wes' service unmatched, he is also extremely knowledgeable of the homebuying process, from choosing a house through negotiations and closing, thanks to his deep experience on both sides of sales. This meant he was able to look out for our interests every step of the way. We really can't recommend him enough. He is exceptionally good at what he does, and he will be the only realtor we ever consider!

Wes is an outstanding Realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me sell my property in 2023, and it was a complex transaction with significant HOA challenges and building management challenges. What made Wes truly exceptional was his ability to manage this while I was living overseas in a timezone 12 hours ahead. Despite the distance, Wes remained incredibly professional and communicative, ensuring I was always in the loop regardless of the hour. He took the lead on coordinating difficult repairs and stayed persistent with the building management until we finally crossed the finish line.
