We had such a great experience working with Tyler and Alex. We started working with alex back in December. My wife and I just had a newborn and looking for a house and taking care of a newborn is definitely tough but alex made it very easy for us. In fact we would bring our baby with us to look at houses and one day we were upstairs at a house looking around and alex watched our baby for us downstairs. Talk about full service! We really appreciate everything both Tyler and alex did for us. All the late night phone calls and texts, we are forever grateful. Thank you again for finding our forever home.

We originally connected with Tyler while visiting an Open House in Vista; we told him our story about how we were getting beat out by cash offers and having a hard time finding just the right size home in the right neighborhood. Having a realtor in Orange County wasn't giving us an edge and Tyler had the local connections and experience that were the trump card we needed. Tyler gave us the encouragement to get our house on the market first in OC to put us in the best position to make an offer in San Diego County. He offered and followed up (daily!) with concierge service, managing our listing in Yorba Linda while simultaneously helping us locate a home in Oceanside. He gave us the support we needed (again - daily!) to garner 6 offers in 4 days on the OC house and helped us ride out the 2 weeks of nerves while we waited for the best home to pop up in Oceanside. Tyler is extremely personable, communicative and knows his stuff!!! He has a "guy" for everything whether it is a contractor, painter or electrician (we used two of these that he referred and they were great!) Most of all the entire process for both selling and buying with Tyler was the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had. Two thumbs way up!

Alex is truly the best of the best! Being first time homebuyers, we were new to every part of the buying process and really had no idea what to expect. Throughout our search, we never felt pressured by Alex to make any decisions, but he guided us through every part of the process with confidence, strong expertise about the area, and made sure that we were always getting the answered we needed from offer to close. His communication was amazing, he offered support wherever we needed it, and even recommended great services that we could use for painting and repairs.
