This was second property Sheila sold for a family trust. She was always on top of everything that was involved with two trustees located in different areas of the country. She was available for questions, consultations, and decision making. She is very efficient in preparing the paperwork and always was respected for her comments. Would use her again in any RE sales. As we all can imagine moving from out of State with a family is stressful enough, but going through the whole process of purchasing a house from out of state adds to the stress. Sheila and her team guided us through the whole process and made it a very smooth transition from picking the perfect house, getting an offer accepted, inspection process, all the way to closing and having the keys in hand upon our arrival. Would not think of anyone else I’d rather use in AZ than Sheila and her amazing team. I’m sure they are glad to be done with my OCD of getting information and where we were in the process. Highly recommend Shiela and her amazing team!

Shelia, is a one of a kind realator. I believe she is gifted to do what she does so naturally. Once Shelia understood what our families needs and desires were it was only a matter of weeks before I found my new home. Shelia is knowledgeable, insightful and very sensitive to the needs of her clients. She literally knew what I was thinking before I could express it. I always felt she was looking out for the best interest of our family from beginning to the end. She made house hunting a delightful and enjoyable experience and that is very difficult to do. We were honored to have Shelia Cooper assist us in finding our forever home. Thank God for Realtors that really love putting families in the right home for them and that really Love what they do. For Shelia I believe that's here bottom line. Shelia deserves ten Stars unfortunately my limit was five.
