Nancy is a fabulous realtor. She is patient, organized and resourceful. Not only did she assist me with my home purchase, Nancy kept in touch with me while I went back to Ohio to pack up my household. She stayed with me every step of the way. Nancy has a wonderful network of resources that I have used since moving into my new home. She has also checked on me to see how things are going.

Nancy is a listener and a doer. She began by showing us homes that met the criteria we were looking for and worked through the process with us to a very successful conclusion. She responded to questions quickly and gave us explanations that were understandable ( no easy task in a field of acronyms)! Because nancy is an effective communicator and negotiator, we never felt hampered during the buying process in spite of the fact that we were 1500 miles away. She is an enthusiastic advocate and knowledgeable about the geography she represents and the people who become necessary to the buy/sell process ( brokers, escrow agents, repair people, inspectors, etc.). Nancy made the unnerving process of buying a home as easy as one could have hoped. Thanks, nancy.

Nancy is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and service oriented. She has a good grasp of the housing market in Surprise and knows how to market properties. As a buyer's agent, she found out from us exactly what we wanted and made sure that we found the best property available. Nancy is very professional but also fun to work with. Her ethics are top notch. We would recommend Nancy as a buyer's or seller's agent.

Nancy Muslin is a very professional and personable Realtor. She made our search for our last two houses very easy and any time we found a house to view she was able to arrange it within a day or two. She always made herself available for inspections, escrow and even when we asked to have contractors come in before the house was ours to give us bids. You will be very pleased working with Nancy to buy or sell your home.
