Realtor par excellence!! One of the best agents in the Phoenix area. Jim had a listing for a house that we were interested in after viewing it on the internet. We flew into PHX and met Jim at the house after he had already completed an open house that day. He took time to show us everything about the house and answered all of our questions that day. The next few days, he showed us similar houses that met our requirements for a good comparison. We made a number of visits back to the original house as we thought of things to look at further. He was always patient and if he did not know an answer, he attempted to find the answer. The end result is that within less than a week, he facilitated an agreement between us and the seller and arranged for us to sign all necessary paperwork for the closing before we had to leave. He made a number of personal concessions including facilitating some minor but necessary repairs to ensure all parties were satisfied. From our perspective, he was the ideal agent - available whenever we needed anything but never coming on too strong. We believe the seller should feel the same way. We would highly recommend Jim for any real estate transactions that you may need.

I was a Realtor and was impressed how detailed oriented Jim was. A good Realtor always responds quickly, keeps you informed of new listings, helps you know the price of comparable homes on the market and solds, gets you qualified people to inspect the property and once that is done has more qualified people to help with work that needs to be done, and handled all the paperwork and made sure we had copies. We cannot say enough good things about Jim. We recommend you use him to buy or sell your home.

Jim stuck with us for over 2 years. He helped us research properties both online and in person whenever we could visit the area. We had to wait until our home in another state sold before we could commit to a purchase in AZ. He was always available throughout the long haul. When we were finally able to buy, we felt well prepared thanks to Jim and the offer, negotiation and closing went as smooth as could be. We highly recommend Jim and should we ever decide to sell, we will gladly work with him again.

Jim was an excellent help for me selling two homes in AZ in 2013. I am from out of town and was able to rely on Jim to handle the transaction from preparing the home for sale by working with local contractors to prepare it do to prevous tennats leaving the property in poor condition. Jim went over the top to clean and take care of many of the items that saved me money and I would not hesitate to call him to sell my other property when the time comes.

Jim has done an incredible job finding us the perfect house for our needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us with everything we needed. He also did a great job selling our old house and also found us a rental house. We thoroughly recommend him if you want the best. He is always there when you need anything even after the sale.
