Kathleen and her team are amazing. We thought we had a real challenge with selling our home because it was a 2 bed and 2 bath. Well not for her team! She made a couple of easy suggestions to update a room, which were happy to do. The house went on the market on a Thursday and we had a cash offer OVER asking on that Saturday. We were thrilled. When I say team, I mean just that. Ashley and Jenn were also there every step of the way. Always a phone call or text away, No question to big or to small. They checked in on us through the whole process and even after the move. If you are looking for an agent, don't hesitate to call them. They know what they are doing and make good things happen. You won't regret it.

My wife and I are both Active-Duty Air Force and in March of 2021 we contacted Kathleen and her team about purchasing a new home due to a military move from Virginia to Oklahoma. We had previously worked with Kathleen on the purchase of a separate home and knew her to be an amazing realtor and we were excited for the opportunity to work with her again. My wife and I coordinated to fly out from Virginia for a week to accomplish house hunting prior to the actual move. Our goal was to perform a door-to-door move and forgo the need for temporary housing. Kathleen dedicated an entire week to showing us as many homes as we could stand each day. Even as repeat customers, that amount of dedicated one-on-one time was not expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Purchasing a new home is obviously stressful and trying to accomplish it in a one-week condensed timeline, during COVID, with a pregnant wife was a lot! Kathleen made the experience feel like shopping with an old friend. She was exactly what we needed and sure enough she found us a home that we made an offer on before returning to Virginia. That’s when the impossible task that we gave Kathleen really began. To close on the new home in Jones OK we had to sell our home in Virginia and our rental home in Moore OK. Kathleen and her team coordinated with our Virginia listing agent and guided us through the entire process with both the Oklahoma homes. She coordinated directly with our Rental Property Manager to get the Moore rental home in selling condition and within two months of deciding to sell… she had the home listed and sold! We would have never been able to meet such an aggressive schedule on our own and a lot of realtors would have struggled with such a complex scenario. Kathleen’s experience, skill, personality, and professionalism was on full display, and she knocked it out of the park! Repeat business is always a complement but going out or your way to recommend someone is the ultimate complement and she deserves every bit of it. For our family she made the impossible… possible!

Kathleen and her group were very understanding of my situation selling my mom’s house. They allowed me the time I needed and offered a great variety of services to assist with all of my needs. We got a contract within 5 days of listing and the process from beginning to closing was absolutely seamless. These ladies work together so wonderfully! I can’t thank them enough!

Kathleen Forest and her team are amazing! They know their market and they know how to get you the best deal possible. Kathleen does her homework for you (basically does everything for you) and provides you with all the information you could imagine. She wont force you to make any decision that you're uncomfortable with either. I actually bought my house through her back in 2010 and was so pleased that I used her services to sell the same house this year. When I was house searching back in 2010, she made sure I wasnt just buying any house. She made sure the houses we considered were acceptable. I remember after seeing the third house, based on my comments, she assessed that the last house we would see that day would be the one I would love, but I wouldnt like the location. And she was spot on! Selling my house after renting it out, it had a lot of damages. Her team coordinated everything for me and gave me various options and advice. I lived out of state at the time and so they not only took care of everything, but they made it all stress free. Once the house went live on the market, I already had 6 showings scheduled that day plus a few more the next day. I had several offers on the second day, several that were above our original price point goal becasue she managed to get the buyers to raise their offers which was amazing.Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Kathleen and her team are professional, helpful, easy to work with, and make the whole experience stress free. Thank you for all your hard work!

Second time buying a home with Kathleen Forrest and her team. Very professional and very responsive. Kathleen and her team always made us feel at ease with the whole home buying experience. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on and they always answer our questions clearly and in such a way that we can understand. We felt like we got the preferential treatment. Always felt like we were their only client. Would highly recommend and would go with Kathleen and her team again.

Hands down, the BEST realtor out there. We used them to buy our very first home, and we just closed on our dream home. From start to finish, they explained the process, and truly worked for US. Looking out for our best interests ALWAYS. They made the process easy and we trusted them implicitly. As a military family, we’ve moved around a lot. And each move had its challenges. That being said, we knew we made the right choice using Kathleen when we instantly felt at home. They treated us like family and we consider them a part of ours as well.

I would strongly recommend Kathleen Forrest and her team at Metro Brokers of Oklahoma should anyone be interested in dealing with any aspect of the real estate market. The speed of getting my former property priced and listed (it was under contract in two days) was much quicker than expected. The offer received was well above asking and we all worked together to shore up the deal. When any concerns came up Kathleen, Jen or Kistian responded and assisted quickly. I will never be able to thank them enough. An all around great experience.
