I cannot say enough good things about Jayne....without a doubt, she is absolutely an agent at the "top of her game". Her knowledge and expertise is priceless. She helped me originally buy my home 2 years ago and sell it last week. It sold within 2 days above asking. She is "without question" one of the best in the business!!!

We were so fortunate to have found Jayne for our home search. With her level of experience coupled with her professionalism and honesty, she was a true asset to have. Jayne's background in construction helped us tremendously and her willingness to answer all of our many, many questions timely and honestly was paramount in our success. We would no doubt still be on the hunt if it wasn't for her. She also sold our prior home and with her expert eye she was able to guide us in the right direction for a sale. Jayne Smith is at the "top of her game". With her 30 years of experience in real estate coupled with her knowledge of construction, she is a "top notch" agent. She navigated the search, the contract negotiations, the inspections and the closing like a "pro". She was always available for any and all questions that I had throughout the process. She kept me "up-to-date" every step of the way. I was extremely lucky to have had her "in my corner" through it all. I cannot speak highly enough about her. I would highly recommend Jayne for your real estate needs. She is truly "one of the best"!

We worked with Jayne on a limited services offering. We paid a flat fee and then we were essentially the selling agent for our home. However, with Jayne's level of advice and availability, it truly felt like a full-service experience. She was always available to answer my questions and to offer advice. She was honest and truthful and even helped us secure a great rate for new carpet after we decided to upgrade the carpets to increase our chances of selling quickly. We had an offer on our home within approximately eight weeks. Once it came time to negotiate prices and repairs, Jayne was once again helpful with advising us. She was exceptionally friendly throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her! The limited service is not for everyone, but if you're organized and like to negotiate, it's the perfect option for you.

We raised our daughters in Edmond, moved to NE Oklahoma to retire. We decided when our grandson was born to move back to Edmond. Jayne Smith really did save the day for us! Sad story with a happy ending.... Before we found Jayne Smith.....a family member recommended a personal friend just starting in real estate.... that decision lost us the house we loved! Big mistake to go with someone new to real estate.JAYNE SMITH TO THE RESCUE!!!Jayne knew immediately what needed to be done to get the offended sellers to take a second look at our offer (they already had a contingency on the house and didn't need to even bother with us). Her suggestion worked and they accepted our offer!! Once the offer was accepted, Jayne took the wheel. We were living out of town, she handled EVERTHING! She even did a private inspection of the house using her home building experience and gave us a clear picture of all the details, what was important, what was not. I can't stress enough EXPERIENCE is everything...and Jayne Smith is dedicated, very organized, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and VERY experienced... in not only buying and selling, but home construction. (Just asked her about that! She has a very impressive resume) What agent will make sure you aren't getting stuck with unnecessary fees from your lender...Jayne will! Jayne has excellent people skills as well, helping us navigate all the inspections necessary, looking out for us when she felt something needed to be looked at again.An agent like Jayne is really rare these days. Jayne is truly honest, easy to talk to, has your back, tells you the good and the bad, KEEPS DETAILED RECORDS on your transaction and never misses a deadline. Jayne knows real estate and building homes inside and out. I would never consider using anyone else. Do yourself a big favor, sit down and talk to Jayne before you pick an agent. If you go with her, you can relax and know she's got this! You will not regret it!

Jayne, simply put, is a breath of fresh air! This women embodies the quentessential elements of true customer service. We hired Jayne to help us purchase our first home in the N. OKC area; our budget was well below the market average - well below! Jayne worked for us like we were looking in Galardia; obviously we were not. She helped us find the perfect home for our budget and needs. Her extensive homebuildig background was invaluable as we went through the inspection process. Fast forward 2 years, my job required us to sale our home and move to Boston. We without hesitation chose Jayne to represent us. Again, she was invaluable in guiding us on how to stage our home. Because of her advice, the home had multiple offers in the first 2 days for over asking price! Now to the part of the story where Jayne went above and beyond...We had already moved to Boston, 2 days before closing I checked our security camera and noticed a pool of water in the dining room (we had wood floors)! :( I started frantically calling people in my contacts; Dad - no response, Father-in-law - no response, best friend - no response; Jayne - answered on a Saturday evening and was at my house in 10 minutes. Because she knows her way around a house, she immediately took charge and shut off the water at the main! This obviously created circumstances that required more work than usual; again Jayne worked for us like she was closing a million dollar deal! Ok, if you haven't figured it out yet Jayne is amazing! But wait - there's more! We are moving...again; once you use Jayne, everyone else is...eh! The realator that helped us buy our house in Bosoton definitely was no Jayne; she sucked actually. We were really struggling on how to pick a qualified realator to help us sale our house in Boston. Dun-dun-da-dunnn - in flies Jayne with her super-realator-cape to save the day! We gave her a call and without hesitation she went step by step on how to interview a realator, what questions to ask, and by what metrics to measure sucess. Jayne is such a blessing to us. She genuinely cares about people; in a way that is from the heart. She is a master of her craft. She is our friend! Jayne if you are reading this, from our family to yours, WE LOVE YOU!
