Brie has been a great source of information for my fiancé and I - especially as we are first-time home buyers. I really cannot believe how easy the process can be if you have such a knowledgeable realtor by your side. We were recommended mortgage companies, home insurance providers, and utility resources if we didn't know who to choose. Brie's team made us feel constantly in the loop with weekly emails keeping our to-do list organized and manageable. I've never felt so confident in a move! Buying a house with Brie has been easier than jumping through all the hoops just to rent an apartment - TRULY! She is always just a quick text away and we've never once had a communication issue. I have felt perfectly at ease with our purchase. The first house Brie sent to us to consider is the one we're buying! We told her our few wants and needs, and she certainly delivered with a beautiful off-market property. We had to fight against another bidder to win, but Brie had to solutions for an easy victory. Brie is a kind, honest, highly competent and very professional realtor. Her attention to detail in helping to prepare the home for pictures and showing is superb. She represents clients at all levels from starter to luxury homes. She extends courtesy, competence and care for her client. She provides timely feedback from showings. Brie is very organized and helps her clients stay organized by guiding clients through the entire process with appropriately timed tips and information and reminders, as well as weekly updates once you are under contract.
