It had been on the market for about 60 days. We decided to list at the exact same price per square foot. Karen was confident we could sell much quicker than that when comparing the homes. We were hesitant. We had already purchased another home and really didn't want to wait a couple of months.Karen's professional pictures and advice paid off. I would absolutely recommend Karen, she is beyond fantastic. I actually hired her while she was on vacation in Greece. She still wanted me as a client and orchestrated everything from there to get our house ready for photos, photographed, marketed and on the market, all while she was still on vacation! Her office is fantastic and full of competent professionals. The process was seamless. We got multiple offers the first day and immediately went under contract. Our first buyer backed out of the contract on a Saturday, through no fault of ours and without even calling to give an explanation. Karen immediately, got to work reaching out to all the people who were interested the first time around and got us under contract again on Sunday, over asking price, without me even having to show the house again.
