Kaciana is simply the best!!!!!! She is so trustworthy and honest. She will ALWAYS be more than a realtor to me. She helped me when no one could. She got the job done and I mean she got the job done in the least amount of time. She did exactly what she said that she was going to do. Nothing but LOVE for her??

Kaciana was referred to me by a friend who assisted her with buying a home. My friend could not give her enough praise. And after working with her to sell my house, I can see why. Kaciana is very knowledgeable and professional.At our one and only face-to-face meeting, she came very prepared. She answered all the questions I had and was ready to take care of everything. Due to the situation, I moved out of state within the next few days and left my house in Kaciana's capable hands. Within one week, she was able to get the house cleaned up and ready for the market. Within a few days of being on the market, we received a great offer. No later than three weeks, we closed the house. All of this was accomplished without me being there. Even though I was not there, Kaciana kept me informed of the entire process. If I am ever in the area and need a realtor, she would be my first choice.

Kaciana is an excellent realtor! She helped me through all of the steps required for home buying. I appreciate the helpful handouts that she gave me that included some great referrals for a mortgage lender and home inspector. She knows the area well and was able to provide us with valuable information on current sales’ trends. think that Kaciana goes out of her way to work with people. She helped me buy my house 5 yrs ago and just helped me sell it in May of this year. I called her on a Thursday and by Sunday she brought people through and it was sold that day. Didn’t even get it on the market. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
