She was great. She understood where our concerns were as our son was the actual customer but she kept me (his mother) in the loop because he was a young adult, so we understood what was needed to be done. And understood that he couldn’t afford what he would like and advised him accordingly. She always responded quickly and kept our best interest in mind.

Lori was phenomenal to work with throughout the whole process. She never tried to talk us into a home we weren’t interested in just to make a sale. Having Lori with us felt like a family member coming along to look at houses with us, which was a refreshing experience. If and when I buy another house I’ll be giving Lori a call!

"She's a nice lady." These are the words my husband and I always say to each other about Lori Sturdevant, and it's really true. We first met Lori when we were buying our house in Marshall. We selected her as our buyer's agent based on reviews we read here on Zillow. She not only exceeded our expectations with regard to the transaction, she is an incredibly warm and caring person. When we needed to relocate out of state for a new job, we knew we could count on Lori to make the home selling process as smooth as could be. She worked with us on our timeline and was extremely detailed, comprehensive, and accommodating. She handled everything and was extremely responsive. I really can't say enough good things about Lori. She is also a pro at entertaining toddlers while working on documents!
