Brian was recommended to us from a friend of ours and we are SO thankful he was!! He was absolutely fantastic from the moment we reached out to him! He was extremely quick to respond, knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful! We told him we were on the fast track to sell our home and he showed up to view our home prepared and ready to list as soon as we wanted. He was our advocate and we called the shots. We were able to list our house very quickly. Our house was listed and within 9 hours of our listing going active, we had an immediate offer above asking price due to the hot market. Brian was very quick to let us know of the offer and had thorough communication with both us and the buyers agent through the whole process. No matter what time it was, if my husband and I had questions, he was there for us with answers. If I were to ever need to buy or sell a home again, I would 100% be contacting him again. Even with covid and the whole pandemic slowing everything down with the housing market, I did not feel any hiccups or slowing of the process. Brian worked his butt off to get everything done and was overall professional, relatable and kind!

This was my first time selling a home, and I was a little worried. I interviewed several realtors. Brian was very personable and right away I knew he would be there for me and advocate for me. He never tried to make decisions for me, but would gently point out the pluses and minuses to every decision. He was always very responsive. I sold my home very quickly and for the right price. I would highly recommend him as your realtor!
