We had an outstanding experience working with Jen Leung on the purchase of our Palo Alto home. From the beginning, Jen was exceptionally diligent and made sure we were thoroughly prepared. Kevin Htet in JLee's team did a phenomenal job helping us through the home buying process. My wife and I were complete novices in the home buying process. He was very knowledgeable, and had a lot of strategic tid-bits of information which helped us in several decisions and negotiation process. Even some information that he did not know immediately, he would strive to do the research and provide us that information. He was very patient, and provided clear and timely guidance from the very beginning.
