Erfan is a 10 on a scale of 5. He and his real estate partner, James Marshall, were amazing in every respect -- super responsive and always willing to go above and beyond what we expected, aggressive in a good way (getting the property ready for sale very quickly, taking care of hiccups during the house prep, pricing negotiations), exceedingly easy to work with, professional, and "on it" in every respect. We really appreciated his expertise when deciding whether to accept an offer. Erfan is extremely sharp and has a great balance of friendliness and persuasiveness...a true salesman. He immediately responded to all questions and concerns we had during the process, and he and James did things we couldn't do because we had moved out of state, such as forwarding our mail, returning our router, charging our Ring doorbell, and even watering the plants that weren't on a sprinkler system. This is a fantastic team!

Erfan gets it. You will understand this upon working with him and his great partners. Erfan and his team were extremely supportive, kind, and understanding with us throughout our home buying adventure. Each member of his team is very personable and knowledgeable. This speaks volumes to Erfan’s work ethics, values, and authentic concern for his clients. Honestly, working with them really felt like working with family. This kind of energy is hard to really find in real estate in the Bay Area – where things can feel really competitive and frustrating for buyers. Erfan and team(Bobby Chiorean and Veronica Wimberly) did a great job in helping me sell my house in challenging market conditions. They helped me in getting my home ready to go on the market with finding contractors and suggesting things I could do in making my home easier to sell. They got me a very good price for my property! This is the second time we have bought a home with Erfan and we will never use anyone else. Both times he negotiated prices well under some other offers. On our current home, he beat out a bid $75,000 higher than ours. He guided us through the entire process from finding a lender, switching lenders, struggling through escrow, even helping us buy furniture. Multiple times he stayed up to ungodly hours of the night with us so that no detail was missed. He has knowledge, experience, and connections but more than that he has integrity and character. You can trust him, and his colleagues trust him. He is so much more than your professional realtor, he becomes a lifelong family friend.

We hired Erfan to sell our home of 32yrs in the Cambrian area of San Jose, CA. The process started in January 2025 and Erfan was fantastic throughout the whole journey. He walked us thru the process of setting a target date to list, what was the best way to do any upgrades, whether to stay in the home or move out. He also extremely accurate on the upgrades(what to do and what not to do). Erfan was also extremely accurate with the list price, As a result we received a bonafide offer in less a week of the open house. Erfan showed immense patience giving us extra time to answerer all our questions and concerns as first time home sellers. He was diligent to address any and all details and issues that always arise in selling your house. Erfan proved to be a man of integrity, knowledgeable and diligence, a real Pro. Highly recommended!
