Jon was an absolutely fantastic, top-notch realtor. You couldn't ask for a better person to have in your corner. The degree of care and professionalism is unmatched. I firmly believe that when it comes to buying a home, you could not make a better choice than having Jon Wasleske as your agent. We have had other realtors in the past, and from the very first time we met Jon, we were thoroughly impressed. Throughout our house hunt, each time we would get back in the car, we would turn to each other and say "I am so glad we have Jon as our realtor. He is fantastic!" I know this review is full of superlatives, but Jon is a superlative agent, so that is fitting. There is not a single thing that I think he could have done better. From anticipating our needs and wants before we even voiced them, to answering all manner of questions, to dropping everything to do a last-minute secondary showing of a house we had already seen but had some doubts on that we wanted to see again before making an offer, and so much more. From day one, he took the time and effort to learn what we did and didn't like in a home, and ultimately, he picked out the home we purchased. It was a last minute addition to a list of 9 other homes we looked at that day, the only one I hadn't even seen a listing for, since it only came on the market that morning, but Jon knew enough about our preferences to suspect that this might be the one for us. He responded to every email, text and phone call promptly, covered situations he couldn't be there for, gathered information he thought we might want, and was pleasant to work with. He pushed our lender, other agents, and sellers to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. He interacted with our kids, remembered details from conversations, and was just all around the best realtor we could imagine.

Jon is great to work with. He is not pushy when he was my buyer's agent and he was not pushy when he was my seller's agent. Jon goes above and beyond the call of duty. Jon helped me buy my home during a very stressful time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Marathon County!!!

Jon was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!He was extremely responsive to emails, calls, and texts. He also checked in with us frequently throughout the process to make sure we were up to date on everything and help us navigate the demands of the mortgage company - we always knew exactly what was going on and what we needed to do. He spent several days with us looking at houses in the Wausau area, and was able to add on showings as needed, even on short notice. Even though we saw a lot of houses in just a few days, we never felt rushed, and he helped make sure we noticed any pros or cons of the houses we toured. Jon was relaxed, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the process, the area, and all of the considerations of purchasing a new house. He stuck with us and worked diligently until we found a house that felt like home!

Jon was the best. To start we met Jon at an open house, but we were not ready to buy a house yet. Jon set us up with listing updates and checked in on us periodically. When we were ready to buy Jon dedicated 2 full days (and more if needed) to tour houses in the area. He worked way outside the 9-5 hours. Jon made the whole process seamless. He stayed one step ahead of the mortgage company by having us start processes before they were asked for. Jon's attention to detail allowed us to close early. Anytime I called, emailed, or texted Jon answered immediately, or responded within a few hours. To sum it up you would not be wrong to use Jon as your realtor.

As first time homebuyers, my husband & I decided to buy a house in this crazy market. Jon was referred to us through a friend & I am so thankful for the connection. Being a first time homebuyer, I had many questions and concerns. Jon was able to answer all of my questions and make this crazy market navigable.
