My wife and I recently decided to sell our house. We contacted Jill and she came over and provided us with good advise on how to prepare the house for sale to maximize the experience for potential buyers. The house was put on MLS on a Tuesday as coming soon, on MLS on Thursday as for sale, open for showings on Friday, held and open house on Saturday, and under contract for sale above asking price on Sunday. Did the market impact this? Undoubtedly. But Jill's experience and expertise in helping us make the property ready was a huge contributing factor. During conversations with my wife, she correctly pointed out that Jill made us feel like we were her only client. She took time with us, was patient with us, and was always calm and steady. I assure you we weren't her only client. She sold a total of three houses, ours included, that Sunday. If you are looking for a real estate agent either as a buyer or seller, I would highly recommend Jill Hess..

Jill helped us purchase our very first home and I don't think we could have a better realtor! Jill has a great knowledge about the Champaign-Urbana housing market and helped us setting the right expectations when looking for a house. She also helped us understanding the real value of the house when taking a very close and deep look at the foundation of the house, all the improvements and what could be improved in the future!
