Dakota and his team did an awesome job helping us get our house sold. Having dealt with shady realtors in the past, I really appreciated their honesty. On top of that, the advice Dakota gave was top-notch, and the admin team's supportive work made our listing shine. Bottom line, we were able to close in about a month without lingering problems.You won't regret hiring this team.

A friend of mine needed to sell her house. I knew it was going to be very challenging because of the condition of the house and, on the recommendation of another friend, I contacted Mark. He gave freely of his time and advice even though, in the end, he received no compensation.When it came time to sell my mother's house I contacted him again. He was so helpful in helping us get ready to sell the house; giving guidance on what we should do and what we could ignore. He provided names of people to help us prepare the house when we were unable to find people on our own. And he did all this while working not just with me, but with my four siblings because we pretty much made all of our decisions as a group.The house sold the first weekend it went on the market for more than we were asking. I attribute that to his guidance in making sure the right people saw the listing but also in making sure the house was ready to be seen. I highly recommend him and his team. They are knowledgeable professionals who also seem to care about the people calling the houses home.

We worked with Jordan Jackson on the recent purchase of our home. We met him about a year ago when we booked a showing through Zillow, and ever since he has been proactive in assisting us with our house search. We told him that we were just browsing without much intention to buy at that time, and even still he always made himself available when we wanted to see a place. When our passive search turned more active he was knowledgeable and helpful advocate for us. Would recommend anyone looking for a home in the Champaign area to work with Jordan and the MW team.

We had a unique house to sell- beautiful but unique- and Mark and his team took it on wholeheartedly. It was previously on the market for too long and we were becoming really pessimistic but Mark was reassuring and pragmatic. He provided real number and strategies and checked with market reports frequently. He was honest and hopeful at the same time and finally it sold! We are very grateful to Mark and his team.

Jordan and the Mark Waldhoff team were so great to work with. It was always obvious Jordan prepped before showing us houses and ultimately helped us find our perfect house! He also walked us through the whole process for selling our old house, and it was seriously a breeze. Cassandra was extremely helpful in making sure we were on top of all documents that needed to be signed and always preparing for next steps (which would have been a lot to keep track of on our own). I'd absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We worked with Jordan Jackson, who helped us every step of the way. Jordan was proactive in sending us curated property listings, worked with our schedule to arrange showings within the small window of our physical availability, and was flexible and resourceful to entertain last minute requests. He used his local connections to provide us insights about the property listings and the selling process, and also guided us with recommendations on the move to a new town.He helped us throughout the closing process, his team aiding us with the logistics and support services, and Jordan was personally present throughout the closing to make sure that that there were no surprises.He even helped us connect with local services after the move in, helping us settle in nicely.Couldn't have had a better experience !!!

My wife and I experienced an absolute blessing working alongside Mark and his team. We personally had the opportunity to directly work with Mark. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, considerate, and very helpful. And his team had the same list of characteristics as my wife and I moved further down the process of selling our home. If we ever move back to central IL, we will be reaching out to Mark again!
