When you're a first time home buyer, you want to know you're in good hands and your realtor is working for you. I can't scream enough great things about Carol! She showed us as many houses as we wanted, pointed out issues that we would have never noticed in homes, and the icing on the cake: she found a HUGE error in our appraisal that would have cost us our loan that our loan officer, loan coordinator, the appraiser AND a VA SAR all missed (an entire room!). If Carol hadn't found that mistake we may not be in our new first house now! She absolutely goes to work for YOU, and no one else. She was even kind enough to bring a gift for our new 2 month old baby. She is vigilant and gets results. Can't recommend her enough!
