When it came to selling our home we knew it would take just the right kind of realtor. For us before we met Jessica we had some previous nerves and doubts as sellers with trying to list and sell before with another realtor that we carried with us. Jessica and her team are absolutely AMAZING!! We wanted to get our house on the market quickly--they helped us coordinate repairs, stage the home, and get it on the market in under 2 weeks! Our house went under contract for over asking price the first weekend it was on the market--a godsend with 3 young kids at home! Jessica was super quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us coordinate anything we needed :) She and her team are also helping us on the buying side and have been equally as awesome there. We can't thank them enough!
