We worked with Jason and his associate, Lane, on our recent acquisition of a house in Winston Salem. Moving from Virginia to North Carolina would be stressful enough and a national pandemic didn't help matters. We would highly recommend this team because they are so responsive. Our concerns were addressed promptly. Their responses were accurate, clear and concisely stated. Their knowledge of the local area and its properties, we believe, set them apart. Last but not least, they are two of the nicest people we have ever met.

We worked with Jason to buy our first home in West Highlands in Winston-Salem. He is knowledgeable, but easygoing. He will promptly help you with any questions or problems you have. From making an offer, negotiations, setting up inspections, and through facilitating closing - Jason will be there to help you. On the day of our settlement, we had issues arise with the final walkthrough. Without disclosing too much information, Jason worked with us to get the problem resolved and put himself on the line to help us out. Overall, I can't recommend Jason highly enough. If and when we are ever in the real-estate market again, he will be the first person I call to help and represent us.

Easily the best realtor I've ever used. Extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the area. Provided candid opinions about homes and helped us to find the perfect place. Did a wonderful job helping us to negotiate repairs and always had competent professionals ready for repairs and upgrades. He handled scheduling inspections and we were pleased with the thorough work and professionalism of everyone he recommended. Jason turned the stressful event of purchasing a home into an exciting and fun experience. Jason is a consummate professional. My wife and I were relocating out of Winston and after considering several agents, we ultimately selected Jason to sell our home. We certainly were glad we did! Jason Bragg was phenomenal in the entire process of choosing and purchasing our home! He anticipated each administrative step leading up to the closing, giving us plenty of time and guidance in completing the inspections, loan application, and negotiations. Throughout it all he was kind, thorough, accurate, and readily available. He has excellent professional relationships with his colleagues. This was a first time home purchase and a "downsize" all in one - two of Jason's specialties. He was superb! I love our home so much that I plan to never move again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Jason was awesome to work with! I was a first time home buyer, and was honestly a bit intimidated by the entire process before I got started. But from the start, Jason was fantastic - he walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly responsive and listened to me to help me find a house that I would love. When it came time to put an offer in on a house, Jason helped me put together an offer that was competitive and satisfied all parties involved as we went forwards. Jason also has fantastic connections in terms of contractors and specialists, which has come in handy since I've moved into my home! I would recommend Jason without a single hesitation - he's awesome, and I'm so glad I worked with him in buying my first home!

Working with Jason on purchasing our home was the easiest home buying experience we have had (third home purchase). We provided Jason with a couple of curve balls and we're happy to say he went above and beyond and we are happily living in our new home.First, Jason was willing to work with us while we were still living in Austin, Texas. Secondly, we had a brand new baby! Jason worked around both our time difference and crazy new-parent hours. He completed FaceTime home tours for us, sent pictures of items in the home not listed on MLS and checked out the area around the house (other homes, neighbors, traffic noise, etc). When we came to visit Winston-Salem, with only a few hours available for home searching, Jason lined up visits to the top homes on our list. We were able to take our time, felt comfortable with having our little one with us and Jason was ready to answer all of the questions we had sent before our visit.
