Katie was such a blessing for our family! She helped us purchase land for our manufactured home, then later helped us sale that home so we could buy more land for our dream home! We had zero knowledge of how to purchase land, sale a home or purchase a new one and she helped us every step of the way. I’m not even sure where to begin. Let me first say that my experience with Katie was outstanding. If there is one thing to remember here, it is that you are not just getting a Real Estate agent, you’re getting a friend. Katie was the most professional agent I ever met and so much more. This woman lives her profession. She puts in 100% into everything she does. Our closing was probably one of the most problematic I have ever gone through or even heard of. We had to postpone the closing several times due to the buyers HELOC not being approved in a timely matter. We had problems with the money being put into our accounts. It was one problem after another from the start. It was extremely stressful at times, but we always felt that Katie was in control and everything was going to be ok. Katie was wonderful. Katie was there every step of the way. Her phone was open 24/7 to us and she was always so positive in every respect, and always there for us. If you want to be incredibly amazed and feel like your home is the most important life changing event in your life then call Berkshire Hathaway and ask for Katie. You will be totally blessed and amazed. Thank you Katie for everything. Not only did she make my experience incredible, but I made a great friend. I will always cherish that. My wife and I moved here from Washington state to be close to her family and a change of pace. We were wanting to buy a house but knew nothing about the houses in North Carolina. Katie Trenerowski was recommended by a family member. From the beginning we were impressed with her knowledge of the homes in the area but even more impressed with her knowledge of the issues to look for. She was very quickly in tune with what we were looking for and helped guide us through a very difficult process. She helped us find our new home the first day. A cute little house in the country with property. To our surprise this new house came with a chicken named Peppa who will join the chickens my wife ordered. We owe a big thank you to Katie for her help in finding our home. She is obviously at the top of her profession and puts her heart into her job.
