Great experience working with Katie! She really goes above and beyond! We came from out of town and she made sure we had plenty of opportunity to see homes anytime we came to town! She is truly a joy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area. Would highly recommend her to anyone moving to town or in town.

Katie is truly a gift.Katie and I met because I decided randomly, I wanted to look at houses with no real intention of moving. I told her that upfront and she was still willing and excited to work with me. She dealt with me asking her a million questions and going to almost as many showings. Each time she came with the same excitement and engagement as the time before, if not more as we got closer to finding something I actually liked.She was patient with me, and candid with class, all while helping guide me to a house that would be everything in which I wanted.Then came the difficult process of buying the house. Dealing with less-than-ideal complications outside of her control, Katie made sure that I was at ease with the process and helped jump the many hurdles that were placed in front of us. She handled obstacles with a creative outlook to navigate getting me across the finish line.I never once felt on my own as Katie was there beside me through everything. She was honest with me and said that if this is what I wanted, there would be nothing to stop me from getting it! And she was right!As I am sitting in my new home now, I don’t think I can sing her praises enough. Katie was such a blessing for our family! She helped us purchase land for our manufactured home, then later helped us sale that home so we could buy more land for our dream home!
