My husband and I began our home search over a year ago, and Javier came highly recommended by family. From our very first meeting, we were really impressed by his friendly and calm personality. He showed incredible patience throughout the entire journey, even when we decided to take a six-month break because we just weren't quite ready to buy. Once we reconnected, Javier promptly started sending us options and showing us homes, and we ended up finding our current place shortly after! I wouldn’t be a homeowner without Javier’s assistance and guidance. His patience and professionalism are outstanding. From house viewing, all the documents that we have to sign, whole process, and all other questions and concerns we had - he was always available. He made the whole process million times easier. Javier is an awesome agent! He’s worked with my family for many years! He helped my mom purchase a home and other adventures for over 10 years I’m glad my Husband and I are able to work with him for our new home! He knows Ventura county (that’s where we were looking) very well and made great suggestions! He is a really nice guy he answered my concerns and questions very fast! We had a couple hiccups with with lenders but ultimately, he was able to find us a great finance team that made the buying experience even better that shows his dedication and experience in this field! I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with Javier in the recent purchase of our new home. I've worked with 2 other real estate agents in the past with the purchase and then the sell of our old home many years ago and I can honestly say that I never felt safer in the process of buying than when I had Javier in our corner. If there was something that he proved time and time again was that over anything else, his clients wellbeing was of utmost importance, not the profits from making a sale. He absolutely gained 100% of my trust through his actions, and even in this tough market he always fought to negotiate the best possible deals for me and always had my best interest in mind. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, has a heart of a teacher, and absolutely one of the hardest working individuals I have ever come across. Communicating with Javier is effortless, he responds to messages promptly, even when I had to contact him later in the evening due to my work schedule and always went above and beyond to make sure we always had what we needed in the process. The current housing market has been one of the toughest we've seen in many years, but my kids and I were truly blessed to have come across Javier who took us under his wing and made this process as easy as possible for us by taking on the million tasks that go along with the transactions of buying a home.
