Every question and concern was answered and felt supported during the process. It didn’t matter what day or what time she was available. ?I first met Debbie Gates years ago when she represented the buyer of the home I purchased—and I was so impressed that when it came time for me to buy and sell, I turned to her. Since then, Debbie has represented me multiple times, and I can honestly say you won’t find a better-connected, more dedicated realtor. She understands your needs sometimes better than you do and always seems to know exactly how to make things happen. Need a contractor? She has three great ones on speed dial. Loan agents, title companies—everyone in the industry knows and respects Debbie. On top of being an absolute pro, she’s funny, generous, and a true joy to work with. I live out of state and needed to sell my deceased mother’s home. I interviewed several different agents, but realized that there was something special about Debbie Gates, and I hired her. Debbie has helped me in so many ways. She brought in members of her team to clear out the house, and clean up the yard. Debbie basically held my hand through this whole experience. She is very knowledgeable, and has answered every question I have. She has also been great about the long-distance situation. I know that I am missing a lot in this review, but I highly recommend Debbie Gates!

I could write a novel detailing my experience working with Debbie Gates on both selling and purchasing a home. I will keep it short and sweet by saying you absolutely cannot get a better realtor. Through every step of the process Debbie went WAY above and beyond to ensure that my family was taken care of. Her knowledge of real estate in the area exceeds expectation. Her network of resources is VAST and when buying and selling a home those resources are critically important.
